A transformative insurance company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead D2C marketing efforts in the Netherlands on a temporary basis. This role involves managing budgets, executing campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of marketing experience and be fluent in both Dutch and English. Training will be provided for those without insurance experience.

Our model ensures everything runs smoothly for the Collective — from fast claims, fair cost sharing, to guaranteed maximum prices. For that service, the Collective pays Laka a fee based on monthly claims.
We’ve raised $10.4 million at Series B, grown the team to over 60, launched in 9 countries, captured the Dutch and UK markets, and won Best Cycle Insurance Provider for 7 years in a row. We’re expanding quickly across segments, products, and territories.
We’re looking for a results‑driven marketer to lead our D2C consumer marketing activities in the Dutch market on a paternity cover basis. The role covers marketing strategy and execution during a critical period.
Insurance experience is not required. We’ll provide training and up‑skilling. Please confirm you have permission to work in the UK, NL or France, as we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
