Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers - and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all. About the team and the role: Join eBay's dynamic Marketing team as a Marketing Manager - Media Planning, where you'll shape the strategies that connect our brand with millions of customers across the UK. This role plays a key part in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative, data-driven media planning. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver full-funnel campaigns that strengthen eBay's market presence and business performance. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand & Media, this position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact while working in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What you will accomplish:
  • Develop and deliver integrated, full-funnel paid media strategies across digital, social, video, search, programmatic, TV, OOH, and audio channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Translate business goals into impactful, multi-channel media campaigns that balance creativity with data-driven optimization.
  • Collaborate with brand, category, and performance teams to ensure cohesive, insight-led go-to-market plans that connect storytelling with commercial results.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage relationships with media agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class planning and execution while fostering innovation.
  • Stay informed on market trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities that keep eBay relevant and ahead in the UK market.
What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in developing and managing paid media campaigns for consumer brands across both digital and traditional channels; e-commerce or retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing - connecting upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel tactics to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
  • Analytical approach with confidence interpreting performance data, audience insights, and market research to guide decisions.
  • Curiosity and passion for media innovation, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors in the dynamic media landscape.
