About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Outbound Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented B2B marketer with strong experience in campaign management, sales collaboration, and data-driven marketing.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and support pipeline growth, while aligning closely with sales teams and stakeholders across the business.

The role requires a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a clear focus on ROI, lead quality, and continuous improvement through insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to target key accounts with tailored campaigns.
  • Plan, develop, and manage account based multi‑channel campaigns aligned to the global marketing strategy and local sales priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales and partners to gather insights for campaign design and ensure market relevance.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery: from brief creation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination to execution and measurement.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, and lead‑handling processes using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Track budgets, invoices, and ROI for all marketing activities.
Sales Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner closely with sales to align on goals, priorities, and follow‑up processes.
  • Facilitate weekly sales and marketing syncs, providing clear visibility on campaign performance and lead status.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on leads, providing sales with actionable insights and reports to drive opportunities forward.
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies on campaign delivery.
Data, Reporting & Optimisation
  • Own ABM campaign reporting and analysis, tracking key metrics such as lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Use data‑driven insights to refine campaign tactics, improve conversion rates, and enhance future activities.
  • Maintain campaign performance dashboards, providing regular updates to sales and marketing leadership.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in campaign management, lead generation, and sales collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
