General Summary
We are seeking a paid media and social media specialist to join Qualcomm as an Integrated Campaign Manager for the Snapdragon brand. This high‑impact role is tasked with taking global strategy and delivering effective local campaigns adapted to local market opportunities. As the regional lead for paid media and social, you’ll bring your experience and insights to building unmissable campaigns in selected European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Translate global compute and mobile strategies into localised, high‑impact campaigns across Europe.
- Develop and deliver integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (paid, social, digital, influencer, and experiential).
- Ensure campaign execution is on time, on budget, and aligned with business and partner priorities.
- Manage creative and media agencies to ensure quality, innovation, and performance‑driven output.
- OEM & Ecosystem Partnerships
- Collaborate with OEM partners on co‑marketing activations.
- Maximise partner marketing opportunities, aligning campaigns with Snapdragon brand and KPIs.
- Support joint launch activity, experiential campaigns, and content creation across key partnerships.
- Snapdragon Insiders Programme
- Drive the growth and engagement of the Snapdragon Insiders community across UK, Germany, and France.
- Deliver quarterly acquisition, engagement, and advocacy targets through social‑first activations.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and content strategies that drive retention and advocacy.
- Brand & Media Campaigns
- Lead execution of EMEA brand campaigns, including digital, social, audio, and out‑of‑home activations.
- Partner with media agencies to plan, deliver, and optimise media investment for maximum ROI.
- Implement learnings between campaigns to ensure agility, performance, and consistency.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, channel, and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing activity and business goals.
- Liaise with global and regional stakeholders to maintain message consistency and campaign cohesion.
- Provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to demonstrate marketing performance and impact.
- Measurement & Reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance, reporting on KPIs (awareness, engagement, advocacy, and consideration).
- Use insights to optimise campaigns and inform future planning.
- Support operational and budget tracking to ensure marketing investments deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns with a strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling ad content and engage audiences through innovative strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Education: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in social media marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = 1 year, Doctorate = 2 years) of work experience.
