Côte Brasserie is seeking a maternity-cover Marketing Coordinator to drive campaigns from brief to launch. You will orchestrate timelines, coordinate approvals, and ensure flawless delivery across Côte Brasserie, Côte at Home, Côte Uncorked, and delivery channels.

You’ll work closely with Creative, Digital and Operations teams to keep campaigns on brand, on time and profitable. You will manage in-restaurant touchpoints, POS, menus and guest communications while coordinating shoots and content to

During this maternity cover, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our marketing plans to life. This is a hands‑on role for a brilliant organiser and executor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves variety and takes real pride in delivering exceptional work. You'll support marketing activity across Côte Brasserie, Côte at Home, Côte Uncorked and our delivery channels, helping ensure every campaign, launch and customer touchpoint is delivered seamlessly. Working closely with our creative, digital and operations teams, you'll become the engine behind the day‑to‑day delivery of one of the UK's best‑loved hospitality brands.

• Manage shoot logistics, product preparation, shot lists and cross‑functional coordination
• Ensure a strong pipeline of high‑quality content for use across all channels
• Support restaurants with clear launch communications and operational marketing materials
• Become a trusted day‑to‑day partner for stakeholders across the business
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve future activity
• Help refine marketing processes, templates and ways of working to improve efficiency across the team
