A purpose-led brand in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves developing messaging, managing email programmes, and creating assets while collaborating closely with sales and other teams. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in B2B marketing and a proactive, growth-minded approach. Competitive salary of up to £50k based on experience, with flexible working options.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Manager or Growth Marketer to take full ownership of a purpose-led brand’s B2B marketing strategy. You’ll think Win-win, bring a growth mindset, and be a pacesetter. You’ll be joining a business that’s on a mission to change lives through industry-leading apprenticeships, with a 3x growth plan over the next 4 years. Although their business is apprenticeships, their approach is very much like a SaaS business, so if you’re looking to break out of SaaS and into a high growth business with real purpose, this could be the opportunity for you.
You’ll create, manage and optimise campaigns that drive awareness, credibility and growth – all while working with a passionate, collaborative team.
This role is exclusive to ADLIB. Any speculative CVs from other recruiters will be forwarded to us for consideration.
You’ll lead all B2B marketing activity, crafting campaigns that speak directly to business audiences and decision-makers. You’ll develop vertical-specific messaging, build proof-of-value content, and create case studies and testimonials that support sales and retention.
You’ll manage email marketing programmes that generate leads and nurture prospects. You’ll keep the website fresh and functional using WordPress, support SEO strategy, and ensure compliance. You’ll also raise brand awareness through PR, events and external communications.
You’ll be the go-to for marketing insight across the business, aligning closely with sales through CRM and Salesforce reporting. You’ll own data, reporting and optimisation, making decisions based on performance and ensuring GDPR compliance.
As the business grows, you’ll define and build a marketing team. Until then, you’ll be hands-on – designing assets in Canva, updating web content, and leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders. You’ll collaborate across teams, bringing your marketing vision to life and making sure marketing is embedded in everything the business does.
