A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead operations for a client in the education sector. This role involves managing a marketing team, creating impactful digital campaigns, and delivering engaging content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of team management experience and a strong background in digital marketing within the education sector. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or permanent placement.
Focus 5 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work for an established education sector client with a focus on working as an operational lead for their small digital content and campaigns team. In this role you will lead on the day-to‑day operations of this team who are responsible for attracting and recruiting students to this education provider.
This is a 6 month fixed‑term contract role with a start ASAP. There is a possibility of extension or permanent employment after the 6 months (upon further application).
You will have experience of using digital channels (social, email, content and web) which will be used to promote the educational institution and help achieve organisational growth goals. You will identify needs, new opportunities and always aspire to increase brand awareness.
You will join at an exciting juncture as this established organisation transforms the way they reach their customers with relevant and engaging content, via numerous digital platforms – establishing creative, insight‑led, two‑way communication. Working within a fast‑paced, down‑to‑earth and dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading this team in creating insight‑driven, proactive campaigns which engage potential students and create follow‑up actions.
