BASE SALARY: $85,000 – $100,000 per year
3 years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role. You’ve launched tests, owned QA and implementation, and collaborated with strategic leads to bring ideas to life.
Execute high‑impact landing page and funnel tests that optimize performance across high‑traffic campaigns. You’ll bring revenue‑driving optimizations to life through hands‑on building, multivariate analysis, launching and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration.
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit‑sharing bonus and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is performance‑driven, so once you’re hired future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost‑of‑living adjustments.
