Description

We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager - Communications to join our in-house Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced communications professional to play a key role in shaping how we tell our story and share the impact of the work we do for our clients.

If you're an experienced Marketing Manager, or a Senior Marketing Executive ready to step up, this role offers the chance to lead on high-profile campaigns and media activity within a values‑led law firm that stands up for working people.

Location

We welcome applications from across the UK. This role can be based from any of our offices nationwide, with hybrid working available and occasional travel as required.

What the role involves...

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies that support the firm's objectives and strengthen our brand presence. You’ll lead on external media relations, managing our PR activity, crafting press releases, and identifying new opportunities across print, broadcast, and digital channels. Acting as a brand guardian, you’ll ensure that all communications reflect our tone of voice, values, and strategic direction.

You’ll oversee our social media strategy, guiding content creation, analytics, and community engagement, while managing and supporting two direct reports, a Social Media Executive and a Content Assistant. Campaign management will also form a key part of the role, ensuring activity is impactful, data‑driven, and aligned with business goals. Alongside this, you’ll oversee the creation of a wide range of marketing materials, from digital and video content to brochures and newsletters, and support internal communications and events with thoughtful and engaging comms plans.

Who we are looking for...

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a marketing management or senior communications role, ideally with strong knowledge of media relations, brand management, and digital marketing. You’ll be an excellent writer and communicator with a creative, strategic mindset and the confidence to manage multiple projects at pace. The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams is key, as is experience leading or mentoring others.

Experience in a professional services or regulated environment would be an advantage, though not essential. You’ll bring a degree in Marketing or a related field, and a CIM qualification would be beneficial. Above all, we’re looking for someone who can think strategically, tell compelling stories, and ensure our brand continues to make an impact across every channel.
