What you’ll be doing:
This is a hybrid role, split 50/50 between running Digital Glue’s internal demand generation and marketing, and supporting our client accounts as an Account Executive.
Demand Generation & Marketing (50%)
- Taking full ownership of Digital Glue’s marketing and demand generation strategy and execution.
- Managing the company’s LinkedIn profile and supporting social media for the leadership team.
- Creating and distributing the company newsletter to prospects and clients.
- Managing and updating the company website (content, basic maintenance).
- Developing and creating high‑quality content across formats including guides, blogs, and other materials.
- Supporting local PR initiatives to raise the agency’s profile.
- Working with external partners to support and grow demand generation activity.
Client Account Executive (50%)
- Working closely with Account Managers to support the day‑to‑day delivery across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Supporting campaign execution across various marketing channels (e.g., content, digital, social).
- Identifying opportunities to add value or grow existing client accounts.

- You possess strong copywriting skills and can create clear, compelling content for different platforms (web, social, long‑form).
- You have experience in social media management, specifically for business (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
- You understand the fundamentals of content creation, including short‑form video.
- You are confident working independently, taking ownership of tasks and deadlines.
- You are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence – both in writing and in person.
