What you’ll be doing:

This is a hybrid role, split 50/50 between running Digital Glue’s internal demand generation and marketing, and supporting our client accounts as an Account Executive.

Demand Generation & Marketing (50%)
  • Taking full ownership of Digital Glue’s marketing and demand generation strategy and execution.
  • Managing the company’s LinkedIn profile and supporting social media for the leadership team.
  • Creating and distributing the company newsletter to prospects and clients.
  • Managing and updating the company website (content, basic maintenance).
  • Developing and creating high‑quality content across formats including guides, blogs, and other materials.
  • Supporting local PR initiatives to raise the agency’s profile.
  • Working with external partners to support and grow demand generation activity.
Client Account Executive (50%)
  • Working closely with Account Managers to support the day‑to‑day delivery across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Supporting campaign execution across various marketing channels (e.g., content, digital, social).
  • Identifying opportunities to add value or grow existing client accounts.

  • You have experience in social media management, specifically for business (LinkedIn experience is a plus).

  • You are confident working independently, taking ownership of tasks and deadlines.
  • You are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence – both in writing and in person.
