LOCATION: Hybrid Working from home and the office in Birmingham, West Midlands

JOB TYPE: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Duties

• Lead And Inspire Team: Manage and mentor a small marketing team, promoting creativity, collaboration, and excellence
• Deliver Marketing Strategy: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase membership recruitment and retention
• Generate Leads: Oversee lead generation activity through Google Ads, paid social, exhibitions, and digital content
• Drive Engagement: Deliver campaigns that improve member engagement, loyalty, and service uptake
• Manage Communications: Oversee all digital and print communications ensuring consistency of brand and message
• Monitor Campaigns: Use analytics, CRM data, and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and ROI
• Oversee Service Marketing: Promote key services, events, and affiliate partnerships through targeted campaigns
• Ensure Compliance: Manage budgets effectively and ensure all marketing meets regulatory and brand standards

Candidate Requirements

ESSENTIAL

• Proven experience of working in a marketing leadership role within a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
• Confident user of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

DESIRABLE

• A degree in marketing or a related subject
• Experience of working in a membership or subscription-based organisation
• Familiarity with event promotion, PR, or brand management
• Knowledge of the retail or financial services sector
• Video or animation production experience
