Qualifications

  • Experience with crafting GTM/launch plans.
  • Analytical mindset: basic ability to interpret metrics, cohort data, customer segmentation, and campaign performance; basic proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to change in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and maintain product documentation/product one-pagers which include market and competitive analysis, research briefing, customer segmentation and messaging guidelines etc
  • Support feature and product launches, while maintaining alignment on timelines, internal enablement, asset briefing and creation, and cross functional coordination
  • Track performance of product, launches, campaigns and assets, including working with product or growth counterparts on experimentation or funnel optimisation
  • Keep deliverables on track with clear owners and timelines

This is an ideal role for someone who's analytical, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the full spectrum of product marketing within banking.
