A fast-growing business in the real estate sector is recruiting a Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of strategic marketing initiatives. This is a hands‑on role for a creative and organised professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about brand‑building and campaign execution.

🧩 What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and elevate brand presence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end‑to‑end project management of approved marketing campaigns
  • Developing marketing plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Managing creative workflows and timelines across multiple channels
  • Overseeing production and distribution of marketing materials
  • Writing and editing compelling copy for web, email, brochures, and presentations
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑quality outputs
  • Supporting business development with pitch decks and RFP responses
  • Organising branded events, photography, and video content
  • Championing the customer journey and brand ambassador programme
  • Managing budgets and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
