A fast-growing professional services business is seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing strategy and delivery. This role involves shaping strategic marketing initiatives, leading the marketing team, and engaging with key stakeholders. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, strong data-driven insights, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position is based in York but offers hybrid working options and occasional travel across Yorkshire.

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Working pattern: York, with onsite parking, hybrid options after 6-month probation

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the marketing function, setting direction and ensuring activity is aligned to wider business objectives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and service-line teams, guiding and developing the marketing team and ensuring output is consistent, on brand, and effective.
