What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the development and execution of a three-year marketing vision that builds brand reach and awareness across multiple brands.
  • Plan and deliver a fully integrated annual marketing plan covering digital, PR, events, video and thought leadership.
  • Oversee marketing performance through clear KPIs and ensure all activity delivers measurable ROI.
  • Drive innovation through CRM and automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights).
  • Develop campaigns that engage public sector audiences and generate highquality leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Service Delivery teams to launch new services and offerings.
  • Manage, coachand develop a highperforming marketing team.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners to maximise impact.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience leading a marketing team, ideally within energy, sustainability, or public sector markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Confident using CRM and automation systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Track record of delivering commercial growth through strategic marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentationand stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and setting performance metrics.
  • Collaborative leadership style that fosters creativity and accountability.
  • Ambitious, forward-thinking and passionate about driving change towards net zero.
