Job description

You'll be the key driver behind marketing activities for our leasing vertical taking direction directly from the Head of Vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy: Create and execute annual marketing plans aligned with vertical strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing and Sales Programme Management: Design and execute demand generation campaigns (ABM, promotions, field events, sales enablement) to grow pipeline and revenue. Define KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Propositions Development: Craft compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to customers, analysts, press, and partners.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with central marketing function to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive MCLs, MQLs, SQLs, brand awareness, and customer retention.
  • Growth Marketing: Champion digital-first, end-to-end customer journeys to drive rapid adoption of new JATO products.
  • Marketing Analysis: Understand local market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and execution.
  • Product Launches: Support product releases and updates in collaboration with product teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Feed campaign results into dashboards and support KPI tracking. Conduct usage analysis to refine propositions.
  • Partner Enablement: Build strong relationships with JATO's partners to drive joint marketing success.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in a Tech/SaaS environment.
  • Confident in developing marketing strategies and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Proven track record in executing global and local marketing campaigns.
  • Strong lead generation and integrated marketing expertise.
  • Ability to simplify complex propositions into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of partner/channel marketing.
