Marketing Manager | Field-Based | Hospitality Sector – Fully Remote

Are you a dynamic Marketing Manager ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? We’re looking for a commercially savvy, digitally driven professional to take the reins of consumer marketing for one of the UK’s most exciting hospitality business.

What You’ll Be Driving:
  • Shape and deliver strategic marketing plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed expectations.
  • Own the consumer marketing strategy for a vibrant franchise, leveraging CRM and data to drive engagement.
  • Partner with operational leaders to align marketing with sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Champion innovation and challenge the status quo to stay ahead in a competitive market.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to unlock brand support and co-funded campaigns.
  • Accelerate digital adoption across the business, empowering teams to embrace new tools and platforms.
  • Manage budgets with precision and ensure ROI across all marketing activities.
  • Attending business launches and events within the North
  • Managing two marketing executives
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in B2C marketing, must have hospitality, leisure or a franchise background
  • Experience of working in a similar Marketing Manager role within hospitality/franchise sector is key
  • Strong leadership credentials and a track record of developing talent
  • A consultative approach with excellent communication skills across all channels both offline and online marketing
  • Expertise in both outlet and digital marketing, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Commercial acumen and a sharp eye for value
  • Experience of managing agency relationships
  • Tech-savvy with confidence in using marketing software, apps, and social platforms
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale events
  • A values-led mindset that aligns with our culture
  • Able to travel each week to various locations / launches/meetings
