We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Stafford who are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. The Role

The Marketing Manager will support the delivery of the company’s marketing strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, driving digital engagement, and managing projects that contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events channels.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation initiatives to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
  • Support the development of brand positioning and communications to strengthen market presence.
  • Manage vendor and partner marketing activities, including co-funded campaigns.
  • Contribute to content creation for PR, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Assist in embedding marketing processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or sales-led environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  • Understanding of ABM or demand generation concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in CRM, reporting, or marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple projects to deadline.
  • Experience in technology or service-based sectors is desirable but not essential.
