Job summary

Infinity Recruitment is supporting a Peterborough-based client in their search for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own marketing activities and lead a small, dynamic team. This fully office-based role runs Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm.

You will shape and execute both digital and traditional marketing strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, create engaging content, drive lead generation, and collaborate with external agencies while mentoring the team in a FCA-regulated environment.

• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong copywriting and social media management skills with a creative mindset.
• Experience leading a small team and collaborating with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Analyse performance and ROI of campaigns; conduct market analysis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, creative individual looking to take ownership of marketing activities and lead a small, dynamic team. Fully office‑based position working Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing both digital and traditional marketing strategies. This is a fully office‑based position, offering variety, creativity, and leadership responsibilities within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage and monitor multi‑channel campaigns (traditional and digital)
• Create engaging content across social media, newsletters, and PR
• Drive lead generation initiatives and oversee PPC activity
• Analyse performance and ROI of campaigns
• Conduct competitor and market analysis
• Lead and mentor a small team, delivering 1-2‑1s, appraisals, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with external agencies where required

• Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing
• Strong copywriting and social media management skills
• A creative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Team leadership and workflow management experience
• Hands‑on experience with PPC and content strategy
• Experience of B2C and B2B environments
