A leading health and wellness brand based in Nottingham is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive the strategic direction of their influencer marketing program. You will lead high-impact creator partnerships and oversee all aspects of influencer activities. The ideal candidate must be passionate about health and wellness, with strong influencer marketing skills and the ability to deliver results across key categories. This is a full-time, 6-month secondment role.

As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Boots UK, you will drive the strategic direction, planning and execution of our influencer marketing programme across key categories including beauty, health, and wellness. You will lead high-impact creator partnerships that shape brand perception, drive commercial performance, and deliver content that resonates with millions of customers. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end influencer activity – from concept and talent strategy through to campaign delivery, performance analysis and continuous optimisation. You’ll manage agency and talent relationships, ensure flawless execution, and unlock innovative ways for creators to elevate the Boots brand. This is a 6‑month role, ideal for a confident influencer marketing specialist ready to proactively shape one of the UK’s most established and progressive creator programmes. The successful candidate will be passionate about culture, community and storytelling, with a strong interest in health and wellness.
