An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a well-established and growing retail brand based in Milton Keynes. With over 40 years of trading history and a strong reputation for quality and innovation, the company operates across retail, ecommerce, and print channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on marketing professional to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and lead a talented marketing team. The role offers a salary of £60,000 plus excellent benefits and is fully office-based.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small, dynamic marketing team across creative, content, and campaign delivery functions.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, and print channels.

  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing assets including photography, video, social media content, and copy.

  • Collaborate with ecommerce and retail teams to deliver campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and third‑party agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
