Job Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the marketing strategy for iad UK, enhancing brand visibility, driving agent recruitment, and ensuring consistency and excellence across all marketing initiatives. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will shape the strategic direction of marketing, digital presence, event management, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Management: Act as the guardian of the iad UK brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market differentiation through all communications, digital content, promotional materials, and internal messaging.
• Events & Conferences: Strategically plan, oversee, and enhance the delivery of key annual events including the National Convention, Learning & Development Conferences, and network-wide activities to support recruitment, retention, and agent engagement.
• Resource Management: Lead and manage internal resources, external agencies, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, network agents, and external partners to enhance iad UK’s market positioning, agent experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Implement comprehensive marketing performance tracking, regularly reporting insights, metrics, and recommendations to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable senior marketing leadership experience, ideally within Estate Agency or similar service-led industries.
• Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies and digital campaigns.
• Exceptional proficiency in managing professional social media channels, digital analytics, and content strategy.
• Strong creative design acumen with experience using design software like Canva and Adobe InDesign.
• Outstanding organisational and project management skills, with experience managing complex events and communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively influence and collaborate at executive and operational levels.

Additional Information

Salary: £35,000 - £43,000

Work Environment: This full-time senior role is based at our headquarters in Little Hadham, with flexibility to support strategic event attendance and occasional off-site meetings.
