This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker who can translate complex features into compelling customer benefits and lead the development and delivery of high‑impact marketing across digital channels to drive awareness, engagement and growth across European markets. From content strategy to campaign performance, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to shape how the brand connects with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing – Marketing Manager
  • Create and lead strategic content that is informed by market trends, customer insight and performance data.
  • Drive engagement and results across digital channels, continually optimising communications for maximum impact.
  • Transform technical product features into clear, persuasive customer benefits through rich storytelling.
  • Manage digital platforms including website content (CMS), social media and agency partners.
  • Design and deliver SEO and digital campaigns to support lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints and business units.
Your Experience – Marketing Manager
  • Proven experience delivering digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to align business goals and customer needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • A proactive, innovative self‑starter who builds strong relationships.

This is a hybrid role where you will be able to work from home 2 days a week. Due to the location of the Norfolk based office, this role is commutable from Spalding, Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Swaffham, Dereham, Fakenham, Hunstanton, Long Sutton, Wisbech, Holbeach and Boston.
