Salary: £34,000-£38,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

Work Pattern: Hybrid (UK-based)

You'll lead innovative, data‑driven marketing campaigns that inspire public engagement and grow support for global environmental projects.

You’ll be an experienced communications professional who excels in storytelling, PR, brand growth, and digital engagement. Working across multiple channels, you’ll deliver integrated marketing strategies, manage a small, dynamic team, and collaborate with colleagues to increase awareness, engagement, and supporter loyalty.

You'll bring
  • Proven experience developing and delivering multi‑channel marketing plans (charity, sustainability, or purpose‑led sector experience desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for creating compelling, mission‑driven campaigns
  • Effective project management and team leadership abilities
