About The OWN Studio

The OWN Studio is a London-based luxury wedding and evening wear label redefining modern occasion dressing. Since launching in 2019, we’ve built a cult following in the UK and internationally, establishing a reputation for innovation, quality and design‑led minimalism.

As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager to coordinate our marketing plan and help scale the brand both in the UK and internationally.

The Role

You will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy across all channels. You’ll manage our content pipeline, lead content production (from concept to delivery), and ensure our marketing activity drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

You’ll work closely with the founders to plan campaigns, bring new ideas to life, and ensure our storytelling is consistent, high‑quality and on‑brand.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, manage and coordinate our multi‑channel marketing strategy (email, paid, organic social, SEO, partnerships, editorial, and more).
  • Plan the marketing calendar and campaign roadmap in line with product drops, collections, and commercial objectives.
  • Own and optimise the channel mix to improve acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Content Creation & Production
  • Lead content production end to end – from creative ideation to final asset delivery, working closely with our team and partners to deliver the final product.
  • Produce and create content in collaboration with channel/format experts or yourself, across formats (video, photo, social, email, blog, BTS, etc).
  • Oversee photographers, videographers, and freelancers – draft briefs, editing notes, scheduling and attending shoots.
Execution & Management
  • Own day‑to‑day management and scheduling across social and digital channels.
  • Work with our external partners to create and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows, manage paid channels, build and nurture our community across all touchpoints.
Analysis & Optimisation
  • Track and report on performance of all marketing activity.
  • Identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data to refine strategy, content, and channel priorities.
About You
  • 3–5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a premium consumer, fashion, lifestyle or creative brand.
  • A confident writer. You have an excellent eye for aesthetics and brand and are comfortable overseeing the shooting and editing of video and photo assets (phone or camera), designing simple assets yourself, and crafting compelling storytelling.
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and execute. You are super organised and effective, able to work across multiple channels at pace.
  • Comfortable owning a full marketing programme end‑to‑end.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and excellent at managing projects.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and brand identity.
  • Confident with analytics, able to interpret data and translate into action.
  • Experience working with freelancers, agencies, and creative teams.
  • Passionate about beautiful content, brand building, and modern marketing.
