Marketing Manager | Full-time | Permanent £50-60k dependent on experience

Are you an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager looking for a role where your work can make a real difference? At the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN), we're looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to help raise awareness of our specialist services, strengthen our brand and support the continued growth of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, developing innovative marketing campaigns that connect our specialist expertise with the people and professionals who need it most. About the role: As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that build our reputation, increase awareness of our services and support patient referrals and organisational growth. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape our future digital marketing strategy, exploring emerging technologies, AI-powered search and new ways to ensure our specialist expertise reaches the right audiences. We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and results-driven marketer who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with getting things done.

Closing date: 23rd October 2026

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Significant marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across multiple channels, including SEO, paid media, social media and website management.

  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights and performance data into meaningful improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work alongside senior leaders and subject-matter experts.
  • Strong creative judgement, project management skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • An understanding of emerging digital marketing trends, including AI-powered search and GEO/AEO.
  • Experience in healthcare, the NHS, life sciences or another specialist sector would be an advantage.

If you're ready to bring your creativity, expertise and ambition to a role with genuine purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
