💼 About the Role

As our first in-house marketer, you’ll have a lot of space to grow, experiment, and shape how we do marketing alongside Sales, Product, and senior leadership. It’s a great opportunity for a content-driven marketing generalist who’s ready to step up and own more.

This role is all about demand generation - creating awareness, managing CRM activity in HubSpot, producing content, supporting product launches, and working closely with Sales to build a healthy pipeline. You’ll have real autonomy and ownership, with the freedom to try new things and build strong relationships within the community.

It’s a great fit for a B2B SaaS generalist who’s comfortable working across the full marketing mix and enjoys wearing a few different hats.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the quarterly marketing plan to drive awareness and traffic
  • Own the content calendar (newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn, events, direct campaigns)
  • Manage campaigns and CRM activity in HubSpot
  • Run organic (and paid) campaigns across PPC, LinkedIn, partnerships, and influencer activity (e.g., podcasts, webinars)
  • Build processes, tracking, and reporting to scale the marketing function
  • Coordinate freelancers, creators, and influencers
  • Work with the Partnerships Manager to leverage CRM partnerships and webinars for lead generation
  • Test and develop new channels to generate leads and support enterprise growth (e.g., SEO/GEO projects)
😊 About You
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with proven impact on pipeline growth
  • You have experience in creating and executing content strategy
  • You have B2B SaaS background targeting SMB and Enterprise level
  • You are an excellent writer and understand what makes great content that resonate with the target audience and drive business growth
  • You are organised, tidy and open to creating new processes to help business efficiency
  • You’re at ease with ambiguity and can roll with it when plans evolve.
