Job description

Minka Dink London is a fast-growing female fashion brand creating versatile, timeless pieces designed to be worn and loved season after season. We are at an exciting stage of growth, with our team expanding, our collections growing and our community continuing to reach new audiences. As the brand enters its next chapter, we are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to own our marketing function end to end and help shape how Minka Dink grows.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand at a pivotal stage, with real ownership over strategy and budget, and the chance to shape how Minka Dink is seen, experienced, and grown across every channel.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of Minka Dink's marketing strategy and output day to day, across social, content, email, and paid. You will build and run the marketing calendar, oversee content and photoshoots, own our email marketing programme, assist on managing budgets and strategy for paid media alongside our agency, and keep a constant eye on what is actually working so we can do more of it.

Our marketing needs are constantly evolving, from seasonal campaigns and collaborations to pop‑ups and new product drops. We are looking for someone ambitious who thrives in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment, brings a constant stream of fresh ideas while being commercially minded about what drives results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the marketing calendar end to end across social, content, email, and paid, planning themes, formats, and cadence around seasonal launches, product drops, and campaign moments
  • Translate campaign concepts (collaborations, seasonal collections, sale periods) into a joined‑up marketing plan across every channel
  • Set and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance and priorities
  • Oversee the social content calendar across all channels, working with the Content Creator and Social Media & Content Assistant to keep it on track
  • Translate campaign concepts into concrete content plans and shot lists
  • Keep a rolling view of what's performing and adjust the plan accordingly

Photoshoot Planning & Production

  • Plan and oversee photoshoots (big and small), supported by the Social Media & Content Assistant and the Marketing & Content Assistant
  • Coordinate content tracking and delivery across multiple creators contributing to the same campaign or moment

Campaign Marketing (Email & Site) & CRM

  • Plan the email marketing calendar alongside the Head of Ecommerce, aligning campaigns and flows with the wider marketing and content calendar
  • Write and brief email copy and creative in Minka Dink's tone of voice
  • Brief the Ecommerce Assistant on building out emails in Klaviyo, based on campaign themes and creative direction
  • Plan website banners around campaigns, launches, and key moments, working with the Head of Ecommerce and Ecommerce Assistant
  • Brief and coordinate site changes that reflect campaign moments - homepage, collection pages and key landing pages - so the site feels joined up with what's happening across social, email, and paid
  • Track and optimise email performance (open rates, click‑through, revenue attribution) and iterate accordingly
  • Own ad strategy alongside our paid social agency, setting direction for what content and creative should perform across upper, mid and lower funnel
  • Manage paid media budget and set targets, reporting on spend efficiency and return
  • Brief ad creatives - writing clear, actionable briefs for both organic‑style and paid‑specific content so creators and the agency have what they need to deliver
  • Keep a pulse on which organic content is performing well and feed that insight into what gets turned into paid creative
  • Track performance across all marketing channels - social, email, paid, and site. Report back on what's resonating and what's driving revenue
  • Feed insight into the wider business strategy, connecting marketing performance to sales and growth targets
  • Keep organised records of plans, briefs, budgets, and assets in project management tools and Google Drive

Influencer Management

  • Set the overall influencer strategy — identifying influencers and content types that align with the Minka Dink aesthetic and audience
  • Oversee outreach, gifting, and negotiation for influencer collaborations, carried out by the Content Creator and Social Media & Content Assistant
  • Set briefs for campaign themes, key messaging, and content requirements so influencer output feels on‑brand
  • Review influencer performance and ROI, using insight to shape future partnerships and budget allocation

PR & Events Management

  • Set the overall PR strategy - identifying press, journalist, and media opportunities that align with the Minka Dink brand and key campaign moments
  • Oversee outreach and relationship‑building with journalists and press contacts, carried out by the Content Creator and Social Media & Content Assistant
  • Lead event strategy for press days, showroom events, and brand activations, briefing the team on execution
  • Set briefs for key messaging and press materials so coverage feels on‑brand and aligned with wider campaigns
  • Review press coverage and event outcomes, using insight to shape future PR and event activity

Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Management

  • Work closely with the Founder on marketing strategy and campaign concepts, taking ideas from initial concept through to execution
  • Collaborate closely with the ecommerce team to ensure marketing, site content and conversion touchpoints — including PDPs, collection pages and UGC — feel connected and consistent
  • Manage and support two direct reports — the Content Creator and Social Media & Content Assistant — setting clear priorities, providing direction and keeping output on track
  • Brief and manage freelancers, external creators and other creative partners as required
  • Support in‑person brand activations, including pop‑ups and events, overseeing on‑ground content and marketing coverage

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of proven marketing experience, ideally spanning social, content, email, and paid within a fashion, lifestyle, or DTC ecommerce brand
  • Bonus if you have experience working for a start‑up/founder‑led team
  • A genuinely strong eye for aesthetic, "Minka Dink style" content
  • Copywriting skills - able to write with a distinctive Minka Dink brand voice consistently across social, email, and ads
  • Comfortable moving between big‑picture strategy and hands‑on execution
  • Confident across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content formats, with an instinct for what performs on each and how the platforms differ
  • Experience managing budget and reporting on marketing ROI/ROAS
  • Experience managing or briefing creators, freelancers, or a small team
  • Organised and self‑directed - able to run a marketing calendar independently
  • Comfortable working in project management tools and Google Drive for planning and asset management
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially, as well as creatively
