Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Marketing Manager based in Gloucester. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and overseeing brand positioning. Day‑to‑day tasks include;

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to create compelling campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
  • Organise and manage marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including stand design, logistics, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and enhance Diamorph’s social media presence across platforms. Oversee website content updates, SEO, and digital campaigns to ensure relevance and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials. Develop marketing collateral that reflects Diamorph’s values and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Related Field
  • Proven Marketing experience in an industrial / engineering business
  • Experience in organising trade shows and marketing events.
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in managing Social Media and Website content
  • Ability to behave strategically whilst maintaining hands on execution capability
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of B2B best practices
