Job Overview

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: GBP 33,000 - GBP 36,000 (depending on background and experience) + Bonus (around 20%)

Location: Brighton, hybrid working after probation

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy and campaigns
• Create content, manage websites
• Help organise events and contribute to the overall marketing plan
• Plan, manage and execute delivery of marketing activities, supported by a marketing assistant and central resources where required

• Experience in working in a similar position
• Experience within events marketing is ideal
• Experience working on B2B Marketing Campaigns
• Experience with strategic ownership, planning and successful delivery

Company / Working Style

They have an office based in Brighton. They love to have people in the office to keep the collaborative and positive environment they have built but can offer a day or two work from home after onboarding, if preferred.

Compensation and Application

Salary between GBP 33,000 - GBP 36,000 depending on range of experience. This role also comes with a bonus and while not guaranteed, it has been received the last few years and you can expect it to add an additional 20% to your salary.
