Overview

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our small, proactive team. You will lead on CRM strategy, manage the client ticketing platform, and produce compelling copywriting across all channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This is a maternity cover, fixed term contract for 12 months. Our client is a well-established nonprofit organisation, who are actively recruiting for this role.

This is a fully office-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Use customer data to create personalized and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular analysis to inform strategy.
  • Oversee the ticketing platform to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Coordinate ticket sales, promotions, and customer support.
  • Craft engaging, on-brand copy for marketing materials, including email campaigns, blogs, news, press releases, and website content
  • Create basic design assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing
  • Proven ability in CRM and database management.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Mac systems.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva desirable.
