Marketing Manager

We are seaking a marketing manager to Join our growing our business to work with the team to grow our business and your career.

We're looking for a versatile marketer who can handle everything from strategy development to hands-on execution. You ll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and lead generation in a dynamic, agile environment.

Marketing Manager Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, across all media forms from banners to social media posts.
  • Work closely with our channel partners to ensure full awareness of our product offering and services. Including marketing packs for properties.
  • Manage all marketing activities, including social media, content creation, and event marketing.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness, with clear reporting on campaign returns.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to create impactful marketing initiatives.


Skills and qualifications:

  • No expereince of the commercial property sector is needed, just the desire to learn and develop a full understanding of our business.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with strong multitasking and growth marketing skills, experience in digital marketing.
  • Preferred: Some design experience and a hands-on approach to execution. Knowledge of the Adobe suite of programmes will be useful but not essential.

  • Lead generation and conversion
  • Brand awareness growth
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
