MARKETING MANAGER - STREETWEAR BRAND - D2C - Creative, Social Media & Affiliates, PRMANCHESTER

Our client are one of the fastest growing streetwear brands in the UK and now looking to recruit an experienced MARKETING MANAGER due to strong growth to lead, elevate, and scale the streetwear departments entire marketing function. This role oversees the full marketing team - including Creative, Social Media & Affiliates, PR and external agencies - ensuring that all channels deliver consistent, engaging, and commercially effective brand experiences. This is a strategic and hands‑on role. The brand is in a stage of international growth and needs a strong leader to lead the global marketing strategy across all touch points. Understanding the commercial language of key accounts such as JD Sports is key. You will build and manage the marketing calendar, budgets and cross‑functional alignments. You will drive the marketing vision, shape the brand narrative, and drive growth across all digital and offline touchpoints - while supporting and developing a small, ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy: Build and execute full‑funnel marketing strategy across brand, digital, community, and e‑commerce; lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team – Performance, Social & Affiliates, Creative etc.; define KPIs, budgets, and priorities to drive sustainable growth and brand equity; translate brand visions into clear, actionable plans across channels and campaigns; ensure all marketing activity is aligned with wider business objectives.
  • Brand & Creative: Working closely with Creative Lead, oversee creative output across campaigns, launches, and content; work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency and excellence across all visuals and narratives; champion a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Social and Community: Authenticity and credibility remain at the core of the streetwear brands; oversee the social, community and affiliate strategy, ensuring content and partnerships reflect the brand's values; support the Social & Affiliate programme, scaling community and creator relationships; ensure brands maintain a strong, authentic presence across social platforms and drive strategies that keep the brand at the centre of their relevant cultures; build meaningful relationships with athletes, ambassadors, creators, PR agencies and external partners; lead the plan of regional activations across the brand's key international regions across the UK, EU and North America.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, E‑commerce, and Operations teams to support product launches, seasonal drops, and merchandising moments; own marketing calendars, campaign planning, and brand activations across the business.
Skills & Experience
  • 6‑10+ years in marketing, within streetwear.
  • Understand current and past trends in streetwear.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing (full funnel).
  • Confident developing creative campaigns, content strategies, and brand narratives.
  • Comfortable using analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Visionary yet hands‑on – able to lead strategy and roll up sleeves when needed.
  • Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders across the business.
