Your role in a nutshell

We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager, based out of our brand new London Hub Office. This is a unique opportunity to join The Body Shop Team. Your role will be to drive consumer engagement in the UK and oversee the ongoing brand presence and campaign execution across channels for The Body Shop UK. This strategic role will manage marketing priorities including budget; campaign planning and execution; analysis and reporting; partnerships and content; with a clear focus on consumer engagement and omnichannel brand execution. Driving consistent alignment across channels, this role will bring The Body Shop to life, driving brand equity, traffic, sales and market share.

UK Omnichannel Calendar Management
  • Lynchpin between multiple departments, working closely with cross-functional teams including PR, Social Media, Commercial, Supply, Digital, Retail and Global teams to align on and execute omnichannel plans.
  • Collaborate with channel and function owners to activate campaigns and explore new ways to enhance the customer experience across all platforms.
  • Report on the success of campaigns to take key learnings and share with the broader organisation.
Plan and execute Marketing activations
  • Devise and execute impactful marketing plans and best-in-class brand activations (eg events, partnerships, pop-ups, store launches, ATL campaigns, etc), working closely with the Head of Marketing on strategy and implementation.
  • Understand consumer and market trends and compile research to inform strategic thinking and brief writing.
  • Work on UK-specific activations across digital and retail to help grow the brand.
Content and marketing asset creation
  • Be responsible for printed and digital assets to service trading channels and marketing activations.
  • Brief in design team on UK-specific content.
  • Compile UK requirements and feed into Global.
