Job description
The Role

As Marketing & Events Executive, you’ll be the creative force behind our story - driving awareness, engagement, and buzz across London’s dining, nightlife, and cultural scenes.

From social media strategy to event curation, you’ll bring the brand to life both online and in person - building a loyal community that keeps coming back for the food, the music, and the vibe.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that showcase our West African‑inspired concept, from dining to DJs.
  • Manage social media channels and content creation, ensuring the brand voice is consistent, stylish, and culturally relevant.
  • Plan and deliver in‑house events: from themed dining nights to DJ takeovers, influencer dinners, and brand collaborations.
  • Work closely with the management team to align marketing activity with business goals and calendar.
  • Build relationships with local press, influencers, and community partners to amplify our reach.
  • Analyse campaign performance, track engagement, and report on ROI to help refine marketing strategy.
  • Support the creation of digital and print assets (menus, event flyers, visuals, newsletters, etc.) alongside designers and external partners.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of London’s food, music, and nightlife scene – bringing fresh ideas to keep us at the forefront.
About You
  • You have 1‑3 years experience in marketing, PR, or events: ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment.
  • You’re a creative storyteller with an eye for design, detail, and digital trends.
  • You love social media. You understand what makes people engage, share, and show up.
  • You thrive in fast‑paced, energetic environments and enjoy working closely with creative and operational teams.
  • You’re culturally curious, with a genuine interest in food, music, and the global influences shaping modern London.
  • You’re proactive, organised, and hands‑on. Equally comfortable behind a laptop or running the floor on event night.
