They’re looking for a B2C-focused Growth Marketer who can take ownership of the brand and drive customer growth. This is a hands‑on role with huge creative freedom, building campaigns that get people talking, drive adoption, and turn users into passionate advocates. You’ll shape the company’s voice across every touchpoint: from social and digital to partnerships and PR, using performance data to optimise and scale what works.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and execute a B2C growth marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across the UK and beyond.
  • Lead full‑funnel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, using content, social, influencers, and digital performance marketing to grow the customer base.
  • Own the brand narrative: develop bold creative, compelling storytelling, and authentic sustainability messaging that connects emotionally with consumers.
  • Grow and nurture an active online community of EV drivers, homeowners, and advocates, turning engagement into measurable growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships to create joint campaigns that amplify reach through energy, fleet, and local authority partners.
  • Use analytics, testing, and attribution to continuously refine campaigns and maximise ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget, external agencies, and creative freelancers with a focus on impact, speed, and scalability.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2C growth marketing, ideally in consumer tech, cleantech, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven success in driving customer acquisition and community growth through creative, data‑driven marketing.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, turning technical innovation into inspiring, relatable stories.
  • Strong grasp of digital channels: paid social, SEO, email, content marketing, and conversion optimisation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment with the confidence to experiment, measure, and iterate quickly.
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and accelerating the shift to electric mobility.
