Role Overview

Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Hybrid role: split between office in South Bermondsey, client sites across central London, and home working.

As we continue to grow, we need a Marketing Manager to help amplify our brand, drive creative campaigns, and collaborate with our sales team to deliver compelling brand experiences. This key role reports directly to our Head of Marketing and combines strategic input with hands‑on execution.

This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking and passion for food with creative flair – someone who can champion our story, showcase our amazing food, and strengthen the relationships that make Fooditude special.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand profile, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and videos.
  • Deliver annual marketing calendar aligned with business goals and lead seasonal campaigns.
  • Provide artwork and content for tenders and client presentations.
  • Drive digital marketing and content strategy to raise brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage brand communications and ensure consistent tone of voice across all content.

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven progressive experience in a marketing, brand, or design role, ideally within food, retail, hospitality, or contract catering.
  • Strong design skills, with Adobe InDesign as a must.
  • Ability to oversee creative production, write creative briefs, and manage photographers and freelance designers.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and delivering multichannel campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
