Are you an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with a passion for data-driven marketing strategies? We have an opportunity for a marketing manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing business intelligence company. You will be responsible for implementing and upholding email marketing best practices for optimal campaign performance and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Manages all data selections from the CRM to ensure data is segmented and targeted correctly for all campaigns across both brands.
  • Oversee and manage all email campaigns, collaborating closely with the copywriter to ensure compelling copy and content.
  • Lead migration project from current Email Service Provider to new platform, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Take charge of the email schedule and diligently follow best practices, aiming for exceptional open, click-through, and lead conversion rates.
  • Collate and generate comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights into email performance, data metrics, lead generation.
  • Plan campaign strategy using analysis gathered, and provide recommendations to the wider marketing team.
  • Ensure Spotler and Workbooks are mapped and synchronised correctly, in collaboration with the CRM manager.
  • Work closely with the database manager to ensure timely database builds are completed in line with upcoming campaigns.
  • Implement and uphold best practices for email marketing to ensure optimal campaign performance and engagement.
