Overview

As we continue to expand our reputation in the market, we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to drive our own agency brand, thought leadership, and business development marketing initiatives.

This role is pivotal in shaping and amplifying Publicis Pro's market presence. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our services, culture, and expertise to prospective clients, talent, and the wider B2B marketing industry. Reporting to our CEO, you will work closely with leadership, new business, strategy, and talent teams to deliver impactful marketing and communications programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the marketing plan to raise awareness of Publicis Pro among target audiences, aligned to our growth strategy.
  • Manage the agency's brand positioning, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute thought leadership campaigns, including reports, articles, events, and PR, to establish Publicis Pro as a leading voice in B2B marketing.
  • Oversee content creation for the website, social channels, and newsletter to drive engagement and nurture leads.
  • Partner with the new business team to develop marketing materials, credentials, and campaigns that support pipeline growth.
  • Coordinate awards entries, speaking opportunities, and partnerships to enhance agency credibility and visibility.
  • Manage agency marketing performance reporting, analysing data to inform future activity and demonstrate ROI.
  • Support internal communications to promote agency culture, values, and achievements.
  • Stay up to date with B2B marketing trends to ensure our own marketing remains innovative and relevant.
  • Work with external partners to produce co-marketed content and campaigns that extend our reach and credibility.
  • Own the management and promotion of the agency podcast, ensuring high-quality production and audience growth.
  • Project manage the production of Untrended, our printed newspaper publication, overseeing timelines, content coordination, and delivery.
Qualifications
Background/Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in marketing within an agency, consultancy, or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing compelling thought leadership and marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B landscape and agency marketing best practices.
  • Confident project manager with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with social media management, website CMS (WordPress), email marketing platforms (Pardot), and performance analytics.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware, with a passion for promoting brands with clarity and creativity.
