Overview

Marketing Manager - Bristol. Full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday 9 - 5 pm. Mostly office based with opportunity to work remotely one day per week.

Salary is up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits, including:

We're working with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a talented team and drive impactful marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and performance (of a truly fantastic marketing team) - all while working in a supportive, collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation.

We are seeking someone who has team management experience, as well as multiple stakeholders / more than one brand within a company.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you\'ll oversee the performance of the marketing team, manage budgets and campaigns, and ensure every project delivers measurable results. You\'ll be a key link between senior stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams, balancing strategy, execution, and leadership with ease.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Shape and deliver the group\'s marketing strategy and annual plan.
  • Manage budgets and ensure activity delivers strong ROI.
  • Oversee major marketing projects, including website launches and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Review and sign off all marketing content for brand consistency and quality.
  • Track and report on marketing performance using relevant data and analytics tools.
  • Stay current with market trends, customer insights, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver engaging, effective marketing activity.
  • Support recruitment, mentoring, and appraisals within the marketing department.
About You

You're a confident, hands-on Marketing Manager with a balance of creativity, commercial awareness, and team leadership. You know how to get the best from people, manage multiple priorities, and deliver campaigns that make an impact.

What we're looking for:
