Overview

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (depending on background & experience) + Bonus (around 20%)

Location: Brighton, hybrid working after probation

Company: Corporate & networking agency focused on sustainability; provides world-leading platforms for knowledge-sharing, debate & networking for business leaders with leading experts from across the global ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy & campaigns
• Create content
• Manage websites
• Help organise events
• Contribute to the overall marketing plan
• Plan, manage and execute delivery of marketing activities, supported by a marketing assistant and central resources where required

Qualifications

• Experience in working in a similar position
• Experience within events marketing is ideal
• Experience working on B2B Marketing Campaigns
• Experience with strategic ownership, planning and successful delivery

Notes

There is an office-based presence in Brighton. The team value collaboration and can offer a day or two of home working after onboarding, if preferred.

Salary range is £33,000 – £36,000 depending on experience. This role includes a bonus; while not guaranteed, the bonus has been received in recent years and may add around 20% to total compensation.
