And Serve Limited is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive/Manager to lead marketing across three brands from our Baltic Triangle office in Liverpool. The role starts at three days per week with potential to grow into a full-time position as the businesses expand, and involves direct collaboration with the Director.

Responsibilities include planning campaigns, content creation for social channels, email newsletters, and paid digital advertising, plus occasional events and offline marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Strong ability to plan and execute social media, email marketing and paid digital advertising.
• Comfortable creating content and analyzing performance data.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create and schedule social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok for three brands.
• Produce and send regular email newsletters and manage subscriber lists.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid digital advertising on Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Plan and deliver offline marketing activities including print materials and events.
• Update website content and product listings on Shopify.
