Location: Swindon 3 days, 2 days remote working

Salary: A GBP 40,000 : A GBP 45,000 per annum

The Role

They’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Lead to join their growing marketing team. This person will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, reporting, design coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to ensure their channels are running smoothly and delivering impact.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support and Ownership: Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and digital channels
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder input to keep campaigns on track
  • Own campaigns end-to-end with support from the team, measuring the success and providing recommendations
  • Reporting and Insights: Compile and maintain regular performance reports across channels to provide to the HoM and wider business
  • Help interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from the team
  • Design and Creative Coordination: Liaise with designers and external partners to brief and manage creative assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Assist with light design tasks (e.g. Canva or similar tools)
  • Team and Channel Support: Respond to ad-hoc queries from the marketing team and wider business
  • Help maintain marketing systems, tools, and documentation
  • Support with content uploads, scheduling, and basic web updates
  • Assist with marketing spend budget management
