Role Description

To oversee the planning, delivery, and performance of marketing campaigns and retainers across clients. The Marketing Lead acts as both a strategic advisor to clients and a hands‑on manager for the internal creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on target.

Strategy & Direction
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead discovery and strategy sessions with clients to define goals, audiences, and messaging.
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans across social, digital, and web.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of trends, platforms, and best practices to guide creative direction.
  • Support the growth of rollo channels through innovative ideas.
Team Leadership & Delivery
  • Alongside the Founding Team, support the management and mentoring of a small marketing team (e.g., account managers, designers, videographers, copywriters).
  • Oversee workload allocation, prioritisation, and resource planning.
  • Review content, creative, and campaigns before client delivery to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Support team members' professional development through feedback and guidance.
  • client Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for key retained clients.
  • Present monthly reports, campaign results, and next‑step recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the business (web, video, SEO, etc.).
Performance & Reporting
  • Own the performance metrics for all marketing retainers and campaigns.
  • Track engagement, reach, leads, and ROI using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Report results internally and externally with insight‑led recommendations.
Process & Efficiency
  • Ensure consistent use of marketing templates, processes, and systems.
  • Explore and encourage innovative ways to improve processes across all areas of the business.
  • Support the Directors in scaling delivery processes.
Qualifications/Skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyse data effectively.
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy development and implementation.
  • Sales expertise to support revenue-driven initiatives.
  • Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
