Responsibilities
- Develop reports and insights and maintain the internal portal to provide wider market and macroeconomic context.
 
- Deliver critical market research to support strategic projects.
 
- Use AI tools to produce quick, bespoke research projects.
 
- Lead efforts to share market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments with the business community.
 
- Identify opportunities through research and collaboration with internal teams to support commercial growth.
 
- Design and conduct Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Business programs to generate targeted insights.
 
- Support customized research requests from Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams.
 
- Build and maintain market models, including market size, share, and growth projections.
 
- Promote a culture of intelligence gathering, knowledge sharing, and insights-driven decision-making.
 
Qualifications
- Experience in market intelligence, business analytics, or related fields preferred.
 
- Background in demand planning activities (coordinating between sales and supply chain) is a strong plus.
 
- Proficient in Salesforce and databases for operational needs.
 
- Skilled in Power BI for data visualization (preferred).
 
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and complex reporting.
 
- Proficient in SharePoint.
 
- Proficient in the use of AI tools.
