You will work with senior leaders and teams to turn opportunities into measurable growth and line manage our digital marketing colleagues while overseeing budgets, suppliers and partners.

You will develop campaigns that grow our audiences, generate income and strengthen the profile of Groundwork North Wales and our charitable and commercial services.

Job Purpose

You will lead digital performance across our websites and channels, use insight and analytics to improve customer journeys and conversion, and work closely with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to turn opportunities into measurable growth. You will also line manage our digital marketing colleagues and oversee marketing budgets, suppliers and partners.
