Overview

Marketing Graduate

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Location: East Grinstead (Hybrid)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

Lloyd Recruitment Services is partnering with a well-established company in East Grinstead to recruit a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns and events, within a supportive and collaborative team.

This role is perfect for Marketing Graduates with 1 year of marketing experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications
  • Support planning and delivery of business events, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners for smooth event and campaign delivery
  • Support brand initiatives across digital and offline channels
  • Maintain and analyse campaign and event data to improve outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
  • Marketing degree or equivalent
  • Some project experience or up to 1-2 years' marketing experience
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Confidence managing projects from start to finish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in communications
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential
