The ideal candidate has a strong background in media strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with experience across various channels to drive performance metrics and budget optimization.
Job ID: 3121022 | Audible Limited (UK) – B14
At Audible, we believe stories have the power to transform lives. It’s why we work with some of the world’s leading creators to produce and share audio storytelling with our millions of global listeners. We are dreamers and inventors who come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to empower and inspire each other. Imagine your future with us.
Audible is looking for an experienced associate director to help drive and manage our global media work across paid and organic channels. Working within our recently established global structure, this role will partner with both the Global Media Center (GMC) and channel teams to drive enterprise‑wide value through standardized processes, best practice sharing, and strategic partner relationships. The role requires someone with deep expertise across awareness and performance media channels, playing an integral role in advancing our global media capabilities through growth enablement, and operational excellence. The role will work very closely with the GMC lead as well as with channel marketers with coordination across functional teams inside and outside of marketing.
You are a strategic thinker with experience in integrated media strategies, understanding how awareness and performance channels work together. Your proven track record shows success in driving key performance metrics and building full‑funnel approaches. You excel at analyzing metrics across marketplaces and developing actionable insights for optimization.
As a natural connector between measurement and paid media teams, you'll apply your knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling and incrementality testing to shape strategic decisions. Your experience with ad tech and track record of collaborating with cross‑functional teams has helped improve marketing technology across global organizations. You're comfortable working across time zones and can flexibly participate in meetings with teams in APAC, EU, and NA regions.
This position is a 14‑month contract.
