Job summary

Constant Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive in West Malling to join a small, collaborative team. The role blends content creation, copywriting and campaign support across multiple channels in a varied, hands-on environment.

You'll work with the MD and internal teams, editing content in Photoshop, producing social assets, and helping shape campaigns from idea to delivery. A proactive attitude and 1–2 years' experience are ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt writing for different channels.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience preferred; attitude and potential valued over exact background.
• Experience across multiple marketing channels including content, campaigns and digital.

Responsibilities

• Content & Copywriting across blogs, website content, case studies and campaigns.
• Plan and deliver campaigns across channels with the Head of Marketing.
• Create engaging social media content and basic video assets.
• Design marketing assets using Photoshop/InDesign; edit video in Premiere Pro.
• Support SEO, analytics, PPC and website performance tasks.
• Assist with events, webinars and advertising partnerships.
