The Role

The Thomas Telford Ltd (TTL) is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to support TTL’s UK and international marketing strategy to drive growth in customer acquisition and retention. This includes customer relationship building activities to encourage product adoption and usage, as well as e-commerce operations to deliver sales of contracts and training courses. Create, implement and optimise impactful campaigns that drive market penetration and strengthen relationships with clients and.

Key Accountabilities
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement marketing activities to encourage TTL product adoption.
  • Tailor content marketing programmes (newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars).
  • Support Sales in engagement and retention strategies, collaborating on customer lifecycle management.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, customers, prospects, business partners and associations.
  • Optimise email campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions.
  • Increase online product sales through targeted initiatives.
  • Schedule delegate acquisition activities aligned with the training course calendar.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for client events and conferences.
  • Track metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Utilise A/B testing to identify best-performing campaign elements.
  • Create impactful messaging that addresses customer needs and pain points.
  • Represent NEC brand, products, and services at key events.
Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of email and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Hands-on digital marketing channels expertise (email, SEO, PPC, social media).
